CCLA’s director, Cynthia Evans, has a Masters in Education and Curriculum and after teaching in public school decided to create a program that engages children at the beginning of brain development after she saw firsthand in the classroom as a teacher that school-aged students were not prepared for school and did not have a passion and love for learning.
